What we collect
When you use our contact form we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you type. When you place an order we receive your name, delivery address, contact details and the details of what you ordered. We use this information only to answer your enquiry, make and deliver your order and provide warranty support.
Payments
Online card payments are processed by eWAY Australia on their secure systems. Your card details are entered directly with eWAY and are never seen or stored by Oz Theatre Screens.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking scripts or user accounts. Our web host may keep standard server logs, including your IP address, for security purposes.
To keep spam out, our contact and order forms use Google reCAPTCHA. On the pages with a form it sends Google information about your device and how the page is used, which Google uses to tell people from automated programs. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it.
Who we share your information with
We share your delivery details with the carrier who delivers your order, and your payment with eWAY. We do not sell or give your information to anyone else.
Your rights
